Webflow’s business is evolving, and with it, so too must its partner ecosystem.
The need to scale up from traditional community and SMB driven engagements to more enterprise deals require a different mindset, experience and access.
Over the last 17+ years, I’ve helped agencies deliver digital experiences for Fortune 50 brands to startups representing the future Fortune 500.
Through these engagements, I have built teams, designed new engagement models, developed GTM strategies, created new products, scaled partnerships and more to win, deliver and maintain long term programs. For the past 12 months, I've done this in partnership with Webflow.
Now, I’m ready and want to bring that expertise directly to Webflow.

BACKGROUND
A career built at the intersection of agencies, partnerships, and platforms.

I’m Ben White, a strategic commercial leader with 17+ years of experience growing agencies, scaling partnership programs, and enabling enterprise success.
At Beyond, I led the global Commercial and Client Strategy team, built and owned Webflow partnership from the ground up—working directly with Webflow’s sales, marketing, and partnerships teams. Over the last year, I;
- Managed and delivered against a revenue plan in excess of $12m, through new business wins, client growth and partner engagement
- Built and scaled an enterprise-focused Webflow GTM strategy, including the development of new products and services, as well as evolving our engagement and pricing models
- Closed 6+ enterprise and business-tier deals in Q4 2024 alone (>$700K to Webflow)
- Launched enablement playbooks to train cross-functional teams in Webflow delivery and co-selling

No / Low-Code: A Growth Unlock with Caveats
While appealing to smaller organizations, agencies and freelancers, at the enterprise level, it can be a turn off. Meanwhile, from an agency expansion pay perspective, it has potential to be a big unlock.
Webflow University: From Training to Enablement
Webflow University is a great start, but it can do more. Structured partner onboarding and advanced certifications would help partners scale faster and deliver more value.
